Mud Season is Here

Good morning!  What a beautiful weekend it was here in Breckenridge, what did you do to enjoy your time?  What do you like to do in "mud" season?  If I can't get away I like to enjoy all the deals in town.  Pick up the Breckenridge Dining Passport to make sure you are getting the best deals at local restaurants! April 23rd...Still Snowing

Good morning!  The snow is still coming down in Breckenridge and we received about a foot of snow over night.   Unfortunately Breck is closed for the season, but you can still hit up Arapahoe Basin (ABasin) for some freshies!  If you choose to do back country please be careful, make sure you read the CAIC reports before you head out and make sure that you have all the proper equipment.  Last Saturday's Avalanche at Loveland Pass was very tragic and unfortunate.

I know everybody is ready for biking season but we must remember that all this snow is good for the drought that we have been in for some time now.  It is also important for the rivers and rafting season.

Breck Closing Day = Powder Day

Closing Day = Powder Day

Hi folks, it's here, closing day at Breckenridge Ski Resort.  Ullr really wanted you all to enjoy the last day at Breck and dropped 12" of new snow over night!  What more could you ask for on closing day but an unbelievable powder day?  I hope you all get to enjoy the snow, music and closing day party on the mountain this afternoon, it will be a day to put in the books. 

I snapped this photo outside WoodWinds front door this morning, it was still snowing on the mountain.  Now it looks like the sun is trying to break out for the fun, filled, afternoon ahead.  Happy skiing and boarding!

It's Almost Over

Enjoy these last few day's of skiing and riding at Breckenridge, Ullr has brought us some snow!

Breckenridge Beer Festival

Don't miss it, this Saturday, April 6th is the Breckenridge Beer Festival at it's new location on Ridge Street!  The Beer Festival runs from 12:00pm to 5:00pm.   You can purchase 2 different types of tickets option 1 being the Unlimited Tasting which gets you into the event and a 5 oz. tasting cup to enjoy unlimited beer samples from over 30 craft brewers.  The cost is $25.00.  Option 2 is VIP access, which provides you with a large glass mug and a special VIP area with a lunch buffet and special VIP tastings, the cost is $65.00.  You can get tickets HERE , there is an online purchase fee and remember VIP access could run out, so get your tickets now!
